You can quickly and easily sign up to Wave. When you register your business with wave, they will ask for some basic information about it. After providing them you'll have quick access to your account.
Connect your account with Wave apps
Your primary dashboard will display your cash flow, profit and loss, bills and other financial understandings after you've logged in. You may set up your bank and credit card accounts to automatically download and organise your trades using the dashboard (or Banking menu on the left-hand side).
From the Reconciliation tab in the Accounting menu, you could reconcile your books. Also, you can edit, add or deduct any transactions, you can do so on the Reconciliation / Transactions pages. The next step is to setting up sales tax, develop client profiles, and personalize your invoice templates.
Wave Payments
Payment processing fees:
- For Visa, MasterCard, and Discover payments, the effective rate is 2.9 percent plus 30 cents for one transaction.
- American Express payments cost 3.4% plus 30 cents for one transaction.
There is a 1% fee for bank payments, with a $1 minimum.
Wave Payroll
- The monthly cost of a full-service plan is $35 per month, plus $6 for one employee or a contractor paid each month.
- You will be credited the outstanding amount of your federal and state income tax payments.
- For the self-service: You will need to pay $20 per month, plus an additional $6 per 1 employee or a contractor.
- Wave will help you figure out how much you need to pay in state and federal payroll taxes. However, you are responsible for filling out the necessary paperwork and submitting payment.

There are no additional fees with Waveapps.
Although accounting and wave invoicing are split between two different product categories on the wave website (shown below), they don't require separated accounts. These options are built into the dashboard and may be accessed through a quick login.
